We offer a 30-day return period for products purchased through our website. You have the right to return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, no questions asked.
The 30-day period begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

- In their original packaging with all seals intact
- In the same condition as when you received them
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2.2 Opened Products
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable to dietary supplements and consumable products, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Once a product seal has been broken or the product has been used, it cannot be returned for a refund.
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers and complies with applicable consumer protection and food safety regulations.
2.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at message@quexylanzitel.world or +31 20 573 5735. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, regardless of whether the product has been opened.
To process a claim for damaged or defective products, we may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Please retain the product and all packaging until your claim has been resolved.
2.4 Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost and will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product. You will not be charged for return shipping in this case.
3. How to Initiate a Return

3.2 Return Authorization
Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days. This RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RA number may be delayed or refused.
3.3 Packaging Your Return
Please pack the product securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

4. Return Shipping Costs
4.1 Standard Returns
For standard returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product sent, damaged or defective product, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
4.2 Returns Due to Our Error
If you are returning a product because we sent you the wrong item, or because the product arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of your return.
4.3 Free Return Shipping Threshold
For orders over €100, we offer free return shipping for unopened products within the Netherlands. If your order qualifies, we will provide you with a prepaid return label when you request a return authorization.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
5.2 Refund Amount
For approved returns, you will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are also non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you received free shipping on your original order due to a promotion or minimum order value, and you return part of your order such that the remaining items no longer qualify for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
This ensures that you receive your new product as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed. Once your return is approved and your refund is issued, you can use those funds to purchase the new product.
6.2 Damaged or Defective Product Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible, often before we receive the returned item. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product, and we will expedite the replacement process.
7. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the product following our standard return process once you receive it. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
7.3 Cancellation by Quexylanzitel
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable
- There is an error in product or pricing information
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- We are unable to verify your payment information
- The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect
If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from order cancellations.
8. European Union Consumer Rights
8.1 Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g., email or phone call).
8.2 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
8.3 Return of Goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
8.4 Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are sealed and were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as dietary supplements)
- Goods that are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Therefore, once you have opened a product, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, and you cannot return it for a refund unless it is damaged, defective, or not as described.
9. Non-Returnable Items

- Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging (unless damage occurred during shipping)
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or retailers

11. Lost or Stolen Packages
11.1 Delivery Confirmation
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address you provided. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you.
If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report and contacting the shipping carrier to investigate. We will cooperate with any investigation and provide necessary documentation.
11.2 Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit and never delivered, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
